North Bucharest Investments @ ZF Residential & Office Summit 2025
Key Note Speker: Andreea Nicolae, Strategic Partnerships Director North Bucharest Investments

At the ZF Residential & Office Summit 2025, industry leaders highlighted how shifting demand and new market standards are reshaping real estate. While Bucharest faces a broader phase of adjustment, the city’s North continues to shine, attracting premium buyers and investors and reinforcing its role as the capital’s most dynamic residential hub.

Andreea Nicolae, Strategic Partnerships Director North Bucharest Investments, emphasized that nZEB standards are not a barrier but a catalyst for the premium segment. Over 80% of the company’s portfolio already meets these standards, with July marking record transactions of €25.3 million, representing 21% of the market. She underlined that premium buyers invest in more than a property – they choose a lifestyle. Smart home technologies, authentic green spaces, and underground parking remain decisive factors, as reflected in landmark transactions such as a €3 million investment package, a €1.4 million villa, and a €1.3 million penthouse, all characterized by premium facilities that create long-term value.
Mixed-use developments are reshaping urban living, blending homes, retail, and offices into sustainable ecosystems, while access to quality education has become a decisive factor for families—often more important than size or finishes.
North Bucharest Investments continues to strengthen its leadership in the northern part of the city, acting as a trusted interface between developers and premium clients, and turning market potential into sustainable communities that set new benchmarks for modern urban living.
