We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Advisor to manage real estate transactions throughout the entire process—from identifying the right opportunity to the successful completion of the deal.
Responsibilities

Advising clients throughout the process of purchasing, selling, or investing in real estate;

Managing and developing a client portfolio;

Presenting properties and organizing viewings;

Negotiating offers and closing transactions;

Monitoring and achieving sales targets set for each project;

Maintaining professional and ongoing relationships with clients.
Requirements

Experience in real estate or consultative sales is an advantage;

Strong communication and negotiation skills;

Results-oriented mindset;

Reliability, organization, and responsibility;

Availability for direct interaction with clients.
