Medusa Residence, an investment of 20 million

The real estate company North Bucharest Investments announced the start of a new residential project in the North of the capital, Medusa Residence. The project will be developed by Metropolitan Group, and the investment amounts to 20 million euros. North Bucharest Investments will handle the sale of the homes. The Metropolitan Group developer was also involved in the Elie Saab Towers project, located in the Băneasa area.

Medusa Residence is located in the Pipera area and comprises 28 villas, with usable areas from 250 sqm and up to 500 sqm constructed and high ceilings up to 2.90 m. Villa prices start from 1.35 million euros, according to company representatives.

North Bucharest Investments (NBI) is a group of companies in the residential real estate segment, operating on two lines of business - investment activity and brokerage services. NBI Group was founded in 2011, in the Republic of Moldova, by the businessman Vlad Musteață, and from the summer of 2022 it also entered the Romanian market. Last year, NBI recorded a turnover of over 25 million lei, supported by over 130 transactions carried out in Romania. For 2023, the company expects to double its turnover.
