Cookie Policy

This policy explains what data we store on your device when you visit this site, owned by DESIGN LUXURY SOLUTIONS S.R.L., and why. It complements the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a site saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage), serve the same purpose: they remember small preferences between visits.
2. What we use on this site
The following data is strictly necessary for functionality and interface preferences. It contains no personal data and is not used for profiling or advertising:

3. Analytics and marketing cookies (only with your consent)
These tools are enabled only if you press “Accept all” in the cookie notice. If you choose “Only necessary” they are not loaded at all. The providers may use the data under their own policies, and data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.

You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
4. External services
To display the map, language flags and project images, your browser makes requests to external servers (CARTO/OpenStreetMap maps, flagcdn.com and our own servers on nbiapp.online). As with any web request, these servers receive your IP address. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, the App Store and Google Play take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
5. Legal basis
Storage that is strictly necessary for the site to work and for preferences you requested does not require consent under Romanian Law no. 506/2004. The analytics and marketing cookies in section 3 are enabled only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
6. How to manage this data
You can delete the site data at any time in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge: Settings, Privacy, Site data). After deletion, the notices and preferences above will be shown again. Blocking local storage entirely does not prevent you from using the site.
