Accessing, visiting and/or using the site implies the full and unconditional acceptance by the user of the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these conditions, you have the right to stop using the site immediately.
1. General notes
The information presented on the site is informative; the exact contractual conditions (including price) are established directly with our representatives.
2. Definitions
User - any person who accesses, browses and/or uses the site or subscribes to the newsletter.
Newsletter - any news, information or update related to the offers and events organised by North Bucharest Investments, sent to users subscribed through the site's newsletter module.
Sales offer - the apartments for sale published on the site, valid while stock lasts. To find out the available stock you need to contact the sales representatives. For technical and objective reasons, related to the very fast updating and changing of offers, it is not possible to publish the exact offers available at any given time.
Client - any adult individual or legal entity who accesses the site and contacts the Company to request an offer for purchasing an apartment or to schedule a viewing.
3. Intellectual property rights
All content of the site - images, texts, graphics, symbols, web design elements - is the property of the site owner and its collaborators, and the intellectual property rights are protected by law. No material on this site may be reproduced, in whole or in part, and/or modified without the prior express consent of the holder of the intellectual property right.
All information presented on the site about products (the selection of apartments), including prices, information and availability of apartments, is presented for information purposes only and does not constitute a firm offer to contract, nor can it bind DESIGN LUXURY SOLUTIONS S.R.L. without subsequent agreements.
4. Disclaimer
DESIGN LUXURY SOLUTIONS S.R.L. does not guarantee that use of the site and of the servers on which it is hosted, or downloading materials from the website, is free of the risk of viruses or of the transmission of other potentially harmful computer components. It will therefore not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by accessing/visiting/using the site and the information on it.
DESIGN LUXURY SOLUTIONS S.R.L. gives no warranty regarding the content and use of the website and cannot be held responsible for inconsistencies, unavailability or other defects of the site or its content caused by objective reasons.

DESIGN LUXURY SOLUTIONS S.R.L. guarantees the confidentiality of all data and information communicated by clients and complies with the legal provisions on personal data protection, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
All users' rights in the field of personal data protection are respected (the right to information, access, rectification, restriction of processing, portability, objection, erasure, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the courts or the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing - ANSPDCP).
Any personal data of users, such as first name, last name, phone number or e-mail address, collected through the site or communicated by e-mail or in any other way, will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Data collected: name, phone number, the message you send, plus technical data that tells us where the request came from: the page you submitted the form on, the source of your visit (referring site, campaign parameters), device type, browser, language and IP address. Recipients: our consultants and the service providers involved in handling requests (CRM, hosting, internal messaging), acting only on our behalf. Retention: for the duration of your request and at most 24 months after the last contact, or until you withdraw consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.

6. Newsletter
Users may subscribe to the newsletter by filling in the specific fields on the site (name and e-mail address); the data is used to send informational messages about the products and events of North Bucharest Investments, in compliance with the legal provisions in force. Users may unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, by ticking the "Unsubscribe" option in the newsletter or by sending a written request to office@northbucharestinvestments.ro.
7. Fraud
DESIGN LUXURY SOLUTIONS S.R.L. has implemented measures to reduce the risks of human error, theft and fraud involving data and information, with procedures and standards that protect the information collected and stored in computer systems.
8. Limitation of liability
Use of this site is at the user's own risk. The site is provided "as it is" and "as available", without representations and warranties (for example, availability, accuracy or completeness), and DESIGN LUXURY SOLUTIONS S.R.L. and its affiliates limit their liability for any and all of the above.
Use of the site may be affected by numerous factors beyond the control of DESIGN LUXURY SOLUTIONS S.R.L.. DESIGN LUXURY SOLUTIONS S.R.L. will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is any unforeseeable, absolutely insurmountable and unavoidable external event.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions and the use of this site are governed by the laws of Romania. In case of disputes, an amicable resolution will first be attempted between the parties; failing that, disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts. As a consumer, you may also file a complaint with the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, SAL platform) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
11. Cookie usage policy
The site uses a very small number of cookies and locally stored data, strictly necessary for functionality and interface preferences.
